Featured Resort and Spa Mexico's One & Only

It's that time again -- back to work for many of us. As spring breaks around the country are coming to an end, getting back into the work week is hard. We wish we could take off on another vacation. And the resort and spa Mexico's One & Only Palmilla in San Jose Del Cabo would be an amazing retreat. A beautiful hideaway, this location accommodates both those who are looking for a little peace and quiet as well as vacationers who love to get active. Untitled 2 Positioned right where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez, One & Only features gorgeous views and beaches. Fans of the ocean could enjoy boat rides and exploring the amazing natural beauties situated around the resort while beach lovers can find their zen laying on the sandy shores. They can even go in for a dip in the swimmable beach. At the spa, old world healing techniques meet modern spa treatments. The spa team aims to help guests "Unwind, Restore and Elevate." They do this by providing amazing options such as holistic body rituals and aromatherapy massages. (They also feature Soleil Organique products!) And those who prefer to sweat it out can do so in the resort's wellness center with personal trainers if they're so inclined. After the gym, the movers and shakers can keep up their activity level by playing golf, tennis, water sports or basketball. Vacationers looking for a more relaxing experience could go for a leisurely horseback ride, aerial tours of the coast or a cruise aboard the resort's private yacht. The vibrant nightlife of Cabo San Lucas is also only a short 20-minute car-ride away. We're not even going to bother unpacking our spring back bags -- let's leave tonight!

Dallas has a lot to offer to vacationers, including luxury dining at restaurants like Abacus, the amazing outdoor shopping plaza at Highland Park Village and a lot of opportunities to catch some great live music. In addition, The Joule suggests the Dallas Museum of Art and the Dallas Contemporary to get a taste of the arts in the city. The hotel itself features contemporary art mixed with modern luxury. The walls feature artwork meant to stimulate your senses. But The Joule spa can do that too. A visit to their spa could include a deep-tissue massage or hot stone therapy. Meanwhile, the beautifully designed pool features a glass front and gives swimmers a sense of swimming on the edge. The rooftop café that surrounds the pool is a gorgeous place to enjoy the outdoors as well. Just be sure to pack your SPF. All of this has us ready to pack our bags for a last-minute getaway.
